Should I let Windows try to install this Update since perhaps MS can successfully uninstall the existing components then install updated package? (You’ll note that some members fiddled with Device Manager (not advised by Nvidia) to get it uninstalled, but Windows put it back). Without the Graphic Driver entry, I have had no “normal” way to remove/update the “special” 432.00 Windows driver package. I noted in my Windows Add/Remove program that after the Windows update to 1903, there is no longer a separate entry for the NVIDIA Graphic Driver, but only for 3D Vision Controller, GeForce Experience, and PhysX System.

Even though I have Group Policy set to NOT offer Driver Updates, Windows Update has just offered NVidia Display 27.
